♣ When God Wipes Away Every Tear
“For the Lamb in the midst of the throne will be their shepherd, and He will guide them to springs of living water, and God will wipe away every tear from their eyes” – Revelation 7:17.
WHEN GOD WIPES away our tears it will not be the erasing of our memories; that is impersonal. God will deal with each and every tear. His wiping away of them is when He will personally and tenderly attend, with ample reason and explanation, to heal every wound and grief suffered. It shall be a moment when there will be instantaneous revelation on all the aspects we find presently unclear and often times heart-wrenchingly perplexing. We have to trust God implicitly in the now, but there is coming a time when God shall be overwhelmingly explicit, as each tear arises, as to why our suffering took place. Pain will lose its cruel sting as God’s perfect wisdom is unveiled before our eyes – eyes that have been made new to see everything perfectly in His light. Every sorrowful pain will be transformed into blissful gain; for it is then we will come to fully understand that God was indeed working all things together for the best, the coming glory that is beyond all comparison and comprehension.
