There are many storms in life we are able to take authority over the winds and waves, but there are some whereby we have to be weathered – however long or short – and it is through such storms we come forth as gold.

  1. The main thing for the Christian, I find, isn’t the storms of life, it’s the lulls. Those times when everything is going good, when we are happy and content. That’s when the enemy slithers in and attempts to entice us into temptation. The storms are great for they bring us to our knees and make us humble. Times of peace make us complacent.
